Hilton Garden Inn
In 2015, Hilton Garden Inn undertook the acquisition of an established hotel comprising 328 keys in Serangoon, Singapore. Recognizing the need to align the property with the esteemed Hilton brand standards, the owners sought the expertise of CIS to facilitate the necessary infrastructure upgrades.
This venture encompassed a renovation retrofit endeavor, involving the judicious repurposing of existing infrastructure while incorporating new components such as a state-of-the-art server room and a robust backbone cabling system. With a focus on achieving optimal functionality within the confines of the hotel’s preexisting legacy space, the project demanded a creative and innovative approach to infrastructure management.
To successfully navigate the challenges posed by the project, a meticulous attention to detail was applied. Customized frames were strategically implemented on each floor, meticulously designed to accommodate the specific requirements of the revitalized infrastructure. Moreover, the project team demonstrated an exceptional capacity for “outside the box” thinking, exploring novel solutions to ensure the seamless integration of new and existing elements, ultimately yielding a fit-for-purpose design that aligned harmoniously with the hotel’s distinctive ambiance.
