Matt has over 16 years’ experience in ICT Infrastructure, having founded Creative Infrastructure Solutions (CIS) in 2013, and has been actively involved in many large projects in Singapore such as the Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resorts, Singapore Sports Hub, Changi airport and various enterprise commercial fit outs.
Not only is Matt the Founder & Director of CIS, but he also wears another hat as General Manager APAC for Direct Line Global, a data center ICT solutions provider. Matt oversees the strategic direction for the APAC market and has the responsibility of managing the team to ensure that they are successful in achieving the company’s regional goals.
Matt’s leadership style is rooted in the values of hard work, dedication and collaboration, all of which he has honed through his experience in rugby. Having played for both his country and international clubs, Matt has developed strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to lead by example. He is a natural problem solver and is always looking for innovative solutions to the challenges that come with the job.

As an Architect by training and working recently as a workplace and workspace expert, he has gained experience in various aspects of the industry, including large-scale architecture, workplace interior design and build, ID consultancy, commercial office furniture manufacturing, and IoT/data analytics workplace technology. Ed has led teams to create innovative solutions that have helped clients meet their business goals. His vision is to challenge the traditional view of the workplace and drive innovation in business-tailored solutions.
Eduard’s technical background and business acumen make him a valuable asset to the team, with a deep understanding of best practices in operations and management. He has worked in Asia for 15 years and held global roles, giving him a comprehensive cultural-business knowledge of local and international markets.

She holds a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy) degree from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University in Melbourne, which she earned with distinctions in Financial Accounting, Small Business and the Accountant, Singapore Taxation, Accounting Theory, Corporate Accounting, and Ethical Issues in Accounting. Prior to this, she earned a Diploma in Accountancy from Ngee Ann Polytechnic in Singapore, where she received several awards and achieved outstanding leadership and service.
